Crafts
I create wood crafts which are embellished with paint, beads, floral, fabric, lace, etc. I like to pay attention to the details and make each piece unique. My crafts include seasonal items for decorating your home and they also make great gifts. I do custom orders so if you like an item but want it in a different color, I can do that.
Handmade Journals/Junk Journals
I am excited to announce that I have added a new “craft” if you will to the other types of crafts that I create. A junk journal is a handmade book of recycled and found materials and ephemera. The journals can be all sizes, various styles and can be used for different things. They can be used as a journal for every day thoughts; or perhaps a garden journal to track your plants and garden results; or, instead of a writing journal, they might be used for art or just creative ideas! I am working on some different types and will have them for sale very soon!
What do I do?
I am a crafter who enjoys a variety of different crafts. I use multi media including wood, fabric, canvas, beads, stencils, and vintage materials. I also enjoy reusing an old item and making it over, or using parts of it in my crafting. I have an interest in painting, both acrylic and water color, and am currently taking lessons so perhaps you may see some of those creations down the road. I enjoy showing others different methods of crafting so I will be sharing some how to videos as well as sharing things I make and have incorporated into my home decor. I hope I can inspire others to craft and to enjoy it as much as I have over the past 40+ years!
